How twitter can help you be always motivated?In this article I will discuss how twitter has helped me to start my own blog. I always wanted to write. I have a habit of maintaining my notes of whatever I read or learn. I always wanted to write about these things which I am reading or learning. Please note that I am not promoting any product or person here.
Around two years back I thought of starting a blog. But not having enough of motivation and source on how to start a blog was keeping me low.Things were not working out somehow. I left the idea. Around six months back one of my friend introduced me to twitter (though I created my account around 5 years back and never used it.) and I found it interesting.
It is very easy to get whatever kind of information we want at one place. It helped me to get to know about some of the great bloggers who are there on twitter and the stuff they are sharing. What I noticed on twitter is that people are tweeting or retweeting the blog of other people, I also did the same thing. But then I thought that, it’s good that I am sharing the knowledge with other people but how awesome it would be, if I share my own knowledge with other people on twitter. That time I decided to write blogs and share it with other people. I wrote some guest post for C –sharpcorner.com and codeproject.com.
Meanwhile I got introduced to John on twitter and came across his mail subscription course for Learn How to Create a Blog. He writes awesome stuff and have very nice products at his blog SimpleProgrammer.com. It encouraged me to write more blogs, but I wanted to own my own domain and blog. Again John’s course on How to Market Yourself as a Software Developer came to my rescue which helped me to create a setup for my blog. The course contains lots of information and it’s quite inspirational also. It contains lots of interviews with the technology experts who own successful blogs and content sharing platforms. It’s quite inspiring to hear them about how they are able to achieve great success in their careers.Those people came out of the comfort zones and made a name for themselves.
Till now it has been quite an awesome journey to write and share my knowledge about C# and .NET on my blog here. Definitely it is not an easy journey to start but as John keeps saying that Treasure is on other side. I hope to continue my streak of sharing knowledge and being awesome using my blog.
